: (1) If information of criminal activity against a child is received, the investigating officer shall register such information in the scope established by the prevailing law and initiate the investigation of the matter in a confidential manner.
(2) In accordance with sub-rule (1), the identification details of the children who have been investigated shall be kept confidential and the proceedings shall be continued by giving a code name.
